What is Raspberry Pi?

Raspberry Pi is a groundbreaking computer known for both its size and cost. Roughly Raspberry Pi is no more than the size of a credit card and costs only $25-$35 US. Raspberry Pi, like most PCs, is capable of applications such as spreadsheets, word-processing and even games. The creation of this product originated from a UK based charity called the Raspberry Pi Foundation. The Raspberry Pi Foundation is a charity without the aim of selling stocks, but rather to create a small and cheap computer for children to learn programming on. The Raspberry Pi Foundation is currently the only manufacturer of Raspberry Pi.
